Vida Alvesta has chosen to invest in a continuous kiln from Valutec. The investment will increase the drying capacity at Vida Alvesta from around 175,000 cubic metres to 225,000 cubic metres and will help to even out production and facilitate stock management.

Finnish company UPM has chosen to invest in a continuous kiln from Valutec for its sawmill in Korkeakoski.

Scottish sawmill Adam Wilson has invested in a new timber kiln from Valutec. The equipment to be delivered will be one of the first modern continuous kilns in the British Isles.

Valutec has recruited Timo Kanerva to the management post at Valutec LLC, with registered offices in St. Petersburg.
