Safety Solutions
Valutec places great emphasize on safety and offers the markets safest dry kilns. Most of our safety solutions are run and controlled from a dedicated safety PLC located in the kilns machine room.
Safety Doors
The kiln is equipped with safety doors. If the door is opened during operation the machine is immediately shut down.
Automatic Feeding System
The feeding system is fully automatic. The packages are loaded on stable timber wagons which run on rails through the kiln. The in- and out takes are equipped with safety beams to ensure personal safety.
Doors
The kilns are equipped with stiff vertical doors run by double motors and gears.
Wet sensor vessel
When the vessel is open, the kiln air intake is automatically closed to avoid burn when changing the wet cloth.
Inspection hatch
Via the inspection hatch you have access to the fan compartment. For safety reasons the inspection hatch can be open from both the inside and the outside. If the hatch is opened during operation the machine is immediately shut down.
