Come and meet Valutec at SFPA Expo Atlanta
Valutec is taking a team of experts and a Virtual Reality tour of a TC continuous kiln to the trade fair in Atlanta! You will find Valutec, which was awarded the prestigious accolade of “Sägewerksausstatter des Jahres 2017” (Sawmill supplier of the year) by trade journal Holzkurier, at booth 1015.
Valutec will naturally be one of the exhibitors at SFPA Expo, Atlanta June 14-16, The company will travel down to the fair with a team of experts.
“We are looking forward to hearing about the challenges faced by sawmills and their needs. A lot is going on in terms of development and I am sure that we will have many interesting discussions,” says Ingo Wallocha Manager at Valutec Inc.
As the world-leading supplier of continuous kilns, Valutec will also be showcasing its new generation of TC continuous kilns, which combine high capacity and quality with unbeatable flexibility.
“This is a facility that streamlines the production process at many sawmills, thanks to the fact that the operator has complete freedom to mix dimensions and moisture ratios. In order to make it easier to get an idea of how the facility looks and operates we will be offering a virtual reality experience where visitors can go round a TC kiln,” says Ingo.
In addition, Valutec will be demonstrating its Valmatics control system, the world’s only control system that also includes a simulator (Valusim). This combination provides scope for optimising drying programmes based on capacity, quality and energy consumption.
“It reduces costs owing to deficient quality and shortens running-in periods. It yields a rapid effect on the bottom line at sawmills,” says Ingo.
