The Latvian sawmill Kurekss has invested in a TC continuous kiln from Valutec. This will be the first continuous kiln of this model to be built in the Baltic countries.

Vida Alvesta has chosen to invest in a continuous kiln from Valutec. The investment will increase the drying capacity at Vida Alvesta from around 175,000 cubic metres to 225,000 cubic metres and will help to even out production and facilitate stock management.

The Siljan sawmills at Blyberg and Siljan are investing in Valutec’s batch kilns and control system. A total of ten forklift-fed batch kilns and 29 control systems are to be purchased.
