Last month the Technical Research Institute of Sweden (SP) presented the results from its evaluation of two different control systems for timber drying.

With a new continuous kiln from Valutec, Vida Vislanda increases its drying capacity by 48,000 m3.

Austrian Hasslacher has invested in two progressive kilns from Swedish Valutec for its laminated wood plant in Sachsenburg, Kärnten, Austria.

This summer Valutec will launch its third-generation feeding system. It will be included as standard in all new models of timber kilns and incorporates over 50 separate improvements.
